PEG‑4000 is a solid wax‑like processing activator and internal release agent widely applied in rubber compounding. It effectively neutralizes surface acidity of silica filler, prevents the adsorption of vulcanization accelerators, and optimizes vulcanization efficiency. It improves the dispersion of carbon black, silica and other fillers, lowers compound Mooney viscosity and enhances processing flowability.
